ACT OF DEFIANCE - groupe réunissant Chris Broderick (guitare - ex-Megadeth), Shawn Drover (batterie - ex-Megadeth), Henry Derek (chant - ex-Scar The Martyr) et Matt Bachand (basse - Shadows Fall) - sortira son second album, intitulé Old Scars, New Wounds, le 29 Septembre prochain via Metal Blade Records.

L'album a été mixé par Dave Otero (Cephalic Carnage, Cattle Decapitation), et l'artwork a été réalisé par Travis Smith (King Diamond, Opeth, Avenged Sevenfold, Strapping Young Lad).
